The iPod Touch is the premium iPod device. If you are looking for video, WiFi, music and more, then this is what you need. You could consider the iPod Touch to a little brother of the iPhone without the commitment of a contract for service.
With the iPod Touch, you are giving up some of the prized features of the iPhone, such as POP/IMAP e-mail, built-in speakers, microphone, camera, Bluetooth, and a handful of widget applications such as stock monitoring and weather forecasting.
Apple rates the iPod Touch’s battery life at 22 hours for music playback and 5 hours for video. You can get the iPod Touch with either a 16GB or 8GB sized hard drive.
